This exquisitely pretty, painterly, verdant plate is chef Phil Howard’s Roast Isle of Orkney Scallops with Fresh Borlotti Beans, Courgette, Tomato and Basil from The Square, a two Michelin starred restaurant in London’s Mayfair. With its jolly splashes of green, classic springtime ingredients, edible petals and scattering of emerlad-like Borlottis, this is a season on a plate if ever I saw one…
